In a sex poll conducted by Glamour and Men's Health, 75 percent of people said they don't want to have their toes sucked. But, 70 percent of the respondents said that they like being tied up, and 77 percent gave a big thumbs-up to being spanked.



Researchers have hypothesized that toe sucking became popular in 16th- and 19th-century Europe, when there were large outbreaks of syphilis. Foot fetishes were supposedly developed to avoid sexually transmitted diseases. Apparently, our advances in safe sex are the reason toe sucking is going out of style.
